综合分析国际造船技术的过去、现在和未来,可发现明显地存在五级水平:船台散装和码头舾装、分段建造和预舾装(传统造船技术)、分道建造和区域舾装、壳舾涂一体化(现代造船技术)、设计制造一体化(未来造船技术)。与这五级技术水平相应的技术走势同样可以分为:采用和引进焊接技术→成组技术→数理统计技术→精良生产、并行工程、敏捷制造、柔性制造及计算机集成系统于一体的造船技术。从总体上看,中国造船技术目前还处于传统造船技术的二级水平(分段建造和预舾装)向现代造船技术的三级水平(分道建造和区域舾装)过渡之中;并且正在努力达到四级水平(壳舾
A comprehensive analysis of the past, present and future of international shipbuilding technology reveals that there are clearly five levels: berth bulk and terminal outfitting, sub-construction and pre-armouring (conventional shipbuilding technology), separate construction and area outfitting, and shells舾coating integration (modern shipbuilding technology), design and manufacturing integration (future shipbuilding technology). The technical trends corresponding to these five levels of technology can also be divided into: the adoption and introduction of welding technology, group technology, mathematical statistics technology, sophisticated production, concurrent engineering, agile manufacturing, flexible manufacturing, and computer integrated systems. In general, China’s shipbuilding technology is currently in the transition from the second-tier level of conventional shipbuilding technology (segmented construction and pre-armoured) to the three-level level of modern shipbuilding technology (divided construction and regional outfitting); and Efforts to reach Level 4
