为探明木香薷叶、茎、花序中微量金属元素含量状况,样品经微波消解法消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了10种微量金属元素(Fe、Mn、Sr、Zn、Ni、Cu、Se、Pb、Cd、Be)的含量。结果表明:各测试元素的校准曲线均线性良好,方法的精密度高;在所测的7种人体必需的微量金属元素(Fe、Mn、Sr、Zn、Ni、Cu、Se)中,茎中检测到5种(Fe、Mn、Sr、Zn、Ni),而叶和花序中却仅检测到4种(Fe、Mn、Sr、Zn),且除Fe在叶中的含量最高外,Mn、Sr、Zn在茎中的含量均为最高;在所测的3种对人体有害的重金属元素(Pb、Cd、Be)中,叶中检测到Pb、Cd,茎中仅检测到Pb,其含量是叶中的5倍多,而花序中3种元素均未检出。木香薷不同器官中所含的微量金属元素种类和数量因器官不同而异。在对木香薷资源开发利用时,不同器官区别对待较为科学。
In order to explore the content of trace metal elements in the leaves, stems and inflorescences, the content of trace metal elements in the leaves, stems and inflorescences was determined. After the samples were digested by microwave digestion, the content of ten trace metals (Fe, Mn, Sr, Zn, Ni, Cu, Se, Pb, Cd, Be). The results show that the calibration curve of each test element has a good linearity and the precision of the method is high. Among the seven trace elements (Fe, Mn, Sr, Zn, Ni, Cu and Se) Five species (Fe, Mn, Sr, Zn and Ni) were detected in the leaf and four species (Fe, Mn, Sr and Zn) were detected in the leaves and inflorescences except for the highest content of Fe in the leaves. The contents of Sr and Zn in the stem were the highest. Among the three kinds of heavy metal elements (Pb, Cd and Be) harmful to human body, Pb and Cd were detected in the leaves and only Pb was detected in the stem. Is more than 5 times the leaves, and inflorescences were not detected in the three elements. The different types and amounts of trace metal elements contained in different organs of M. fragrans vary according to the organ. In the development and utilization of wood resources, different organs of different treatment is more scientific.
