核因子κB(NF-κB)是一种广泛存在并具有广泛生物学活性的核转录因子,其调控的靶基因包括细胞因子、趋化因子、转录因子、氧化应激相关酶及急性期蛋白等,进而参与调控炎症和免疫反应、细胞生长发育、细胞凋亡及应激反应等多种生物过程。研究发现在糖尿病肾病(DN)的局部肾组织中存在过度激活的NF-κB,其过度激活与肾小球系膜细胞增生和分泌炎性因子密切相关。因此,深入研究NF-κB与DN的关系,有助于DN的临床防治。
