随着新课改的推进,高中数学教育教学,对数学教师的专业素养提出了更高的要求。新课程标准下的高中数学教学,要求教师能够根据学生的具体情况,采用因材施教的教学方式,采用合适的教学手段,激发学生的学习积极性,充分发挥学生的学习主体地位,教师通过自己的专业素养,引导学生主动的进行发展。高中数学教师的数学专业素养包含的内容很多,本文从数学观念、专业技术能力、业务学习能力等多个方面进行分析和探讨。
With the new curriculum reform, high school mathematics education teaching, mathematics teachers’ professional accomplishment put forward higher requirements.
