结合特高压电网、数字化变电站的建设,研究变电站自动化系统测控技术,并对测控装置进行优化设计。在变电站信息采集源头进行信息的整合和标准化,使其得到更有效的利用。结合IEC 61850标准中通用面向对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)机制和其他一些新技术,实现过程层网络化信息传输,推动变电站的数字化建设。
Combined with the construction of UHV power grids and digital substations, the measurement and control technology of substation automation system is studied, and the optimal design of the monitoring and control devices is also carried out. Integration and standardization of information in the source of substation information collection to make it more efficient use. Combined with the common Object Oriented Substation Events (GOOSE) mechanism in IEC 61850 and some other new technologies, it realizes network information transmission in the process layer and promotes the digitization of substations.
