目的:研究Ki-67与PCNA两种增殖抗原在乳腺癌组织中的原位表达特点及二者的差异性问题。方法:采用间接免疫荧光双标法对60例乳腺癌组织切片进行Ki-67及PCNA染色。运用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM),分析细胞核的荧光阳性面积,并对二者进行相关性分析。结果:PCNA的核阳性面积明显大于Ki-67。二者的阳性面积呈正相关。结论:在乳腺癌组织中,PCNA抗原表达较强,几乎涵盖了所有Ki-67的增殖信息,二者对增殖情况的反映各具特点。
Objective: To study the in situ expression of Ki-67 and PCNA in breast cancer tissues and their differences. Methods: Sixty cases of breast cancer tissue sections were stained with Ki-67 and PCNA by indirect immunofluorescence double labeling. Laser confocal microscopy (LSCM) was used to analyze the fluorescence positive area of the nucleus, and the correlation analysis between them was made. Results: The nuclear positive area of PCNA was significantly larger than that of Ki-67. The positive area of the two was positively correlated. Conclusion: The expression of PCNA antigen in breast cancer tissues is strong, covering almost all the proliferation information of Ki-67. Both of them reflect the characteristics of proliferation.
