目前房屋建筑中,为了保证其具有较好的抗震性能,需要使建筑的整体刚度和延展性得以提高,所以对于墙体超过四米及墙身的主要转角部位设置竖起构件,即称为构造柱,其不仅起到了约束墙体裂缝的功效,同时也使建筑物的抗震能力有所提升。现从构造柱的设备、施工入手,分析了构造柱施工中的存在的技术问题,并进一步对施工中的控制进行了具体的阐述。
