The endogenic development of the Earth’s crust is comprised of tectonic, magmatic and metamorphic processes. These processes occur in regular combinations called endogenic regimes [1]. In the light of modern data, this concept can be more extensively treated in terms of regular peculiarities of composition, structure, and state of the tectono-sphere as a whole, i. e., both the crust and the upper mantle.
