产品待焊部位的防锈问题,是金属结构施工中急待解决的课题之一。在国内,防锈可焊涂料尚无理想配方,为此我们根据涂料的防锈可焊原理,研制了近七十种配方的涂料,经过筛选后,来用手工电弧焊、埋弧自动焊及CO_2气体保护焊等方法,分别在各种涂料及无涂料试板上进行焊接试验对比,并进行防锈性能试验,最后终于研制成功“F”型防锈可焊性涂料,其可焊性可与无涂料时相比,防锈性能均已二、F型防锈可焊涂料的物理性能
