The temple is always at the center of politics because, in general, it is the backbone of the ruling class. The upper-class people in the temple are part of the ruling class, and the ruling class representatives finance the monastic activity because the monastery perfectly performs its basic functions of paralyzing the masses and restraining their thoughts. This article intends to explore the formation of the Mongolian Lamas in the 16th and 17th centuries, that is, during the spread of Lamaism in northern Mongolia, and the role of Zhebuzundanba Hutu in this process.
