齿轮表面硬化处理以后,要进行磨削加工,磨削时常出现各种形状的裂纹,造成废品。磨裂虽在零件磨削时产生,但造成磨裂的原因确和磨削前的冷、热加工工序有密切关系,其中锻造、热处理、磨削工艺尤为重要。根据磨削裂纹的形态,分析加工工序对产生磨裂的影响,找出产生磨裂的主要原因,采取有效措施,可防止磨裂的产生。1.生产情况18Cr2Ni4WA钢齿轮轴,齿外径106mm,轴径75mm,总长740mm,主要工艺流程为:毛坯锻造—退火—切削加工—气体渗碳高温回火—切削加工—淬火—冷处理—磨削加工—检查。
