行业特殊性决定医药企业必须将维护公共健康的社会责任作为企业基本价值取向。但是,药品市场外部性导致医药企业缺乏承担社会责任的动力;信息不对称性为其逃避社会责任提供机会;而敦促医药企业践行社会责任与政府公共健康保障职能之间相互契合,说明医药企业维护公共健康社会责任的履行,不能单纯依靠企业自律,政府必须采取多重激励性、约束性规制手段。
Industry specificity determines that pharmaceutical companies must take the social responsibility of maintaining public health as their basic value orientation. However, the market externality of pharmaceutical products has led to the lack of motivation for pharmaceutical companies to undertake social responsibility.
