人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,随着国有大中型企业的不断发展和改革,企业管理者越来越清楚的意识到,在企业人力资源管理中建立和运用激励机制成为了管理和发展企业不可或缺的重要内容。可以说,现代企业中,激励机制运用的好坏已经在一定程度上决定了一个企业的兴衰发展。本文通过对国有企业人力资源管理工作中如何建立和运用激励机制进行了探讨,试图提出有效的意见和建议。
