KPI是现代企业中受到普遍重视的业绩考评方法,是企业绩效管理系统的基础。本文应用KPI的方法,对丹东供电公司6大类别的部门设定各自的关键绩效指标并赋予权重,以此考核部门绩效。
KPI is a performance appraisal method that has been generally emphasized in modern enterprises and is the foundation of enterprise performance management system. In this paper, the KPI method is used to evaluate the performance of departments by setting their respective key performance indicators and assigning weights to the six categories of departments in Dandong Power Supply Company.
