前不久,我们结合工作对“三资”企业的民兵预备役工作进行了一次全面的调查了解,发现这些企业的民兵预备役工作不同程度地存在着领导弱、组织松、活动停、经费缺等问题。怎么解决?我认为: 要加大宣传力度。要利用厂董事会、厂务会及个别交涉等途径,及时对外方人员宣传我国的《兵役法》、《民兵工作条例》及上级军事机关关于民兵、预备役工作的指示,理直气壮地要求他们严格遵守我国有关实行民兵预备役制度的各项法律法规。在举行全厂性的国防教育及习武活动时,酌情吸收外方人员参加,以增强他们的感性认识。上级下发的有关
