1 病例特点1 1 患儿 ,男 ,幼儿 ,隐匿起病。1 2 主诉双下肢麻木、疼痛、行走困难。1 3 患儿为早产儿 ,其母孕期羊水多。1 4 无维生素Ｄ制剂、利尿剂及中药等用药史。无血尿、尿路感染、腹泻及脱水补液病史。父母非近亲结婚 ,家族中无类似患者。1 5 血压正常 ,发育营养中
