目的研究蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物的体外抗菌作用。方法采用抑菌环试验和营养肉汤稀释法,对蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物体外抗菌效果进行了实验室评价,同时与蜂胶醇提物作平行比较。结果蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用,抑菌环直径分别为12 mm和9.5 mm;蜂胶醇提取物对两种细菌抑菌环分别为8.5 mm和9.5 mm。蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌最小抑菌浓度分别为14.5 mg/ml和29 mg/ml。而蜂胶CO2超临界萃取残渣醇提物抑菌作用不明显。结论蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物具有良好的抗菌作用,且其抗菌作用强于蜂胶乙醇提取物。
Objective To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of propolis carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extraction. Methods The bacteriostasis test and nutrient broth dilution method were used to evaluate the antibacterial effect of propolis carbon dioxide supercritical fluid in vitro and to compare with propolis alcohol extract in parallel. Results The supercritical carbon dioxide propolis extract had inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and the diameter of bacteriostasis ring was 12 mm and 9.5 mm, respectively. The bacteriostatic rings of propolis alcohol extract against both bacteria were 8.5 mm and 9.5 mm . The minimum inhibitory concentration of propolis carbon dioxide supercritical fluid on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was 14.5 mg / ml and 29 mg / ml, respectively. However, propolis CO2 supercritical extraction residual alcohol extract antibacterial effect is not obvious. Conclusion The propolis carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extract has good antibacterial activity, and its antibacterial activity is stronger than the propolis ethanol extract.
