目的:探讨超声仿真结肠成像(ultrasound colonography,USC)显示正常结直肠腔的可行性和成像质量。方法:8例健康志愿者行严格肠道准备后,经二维超声评估各肠段(盲肠-升结肠、横结肠、降结肠、乙状结肠、直肠),对肠腔清洁度良好、无肠气及肠腔充盈良好的肠段施行USC检查,统计USC在各肠段的可施行率及成像质量。结果:USC可施行率:盲肠-升结肠4例(50.00%),横结肠3例(37.50%),降结肠、乙状结肠和直肠均8例(100%)。USC成像质量(1级:差;2级:欠佳;3级:良好)结果显示,盲肠-降结肠1级1例(25.00%)、2级2例(50.00%)、3级1例(25.00%);3例横结肠(100%)达2级;降结肠1级0例、2级6例(75.00%)、3级2例(25.00%);8例(100%)乙状结肠及8例(100%)直肠达3级。结论:USC在乙状结肠、直肠的可施行率高,成像质量良好;在降结肠的可施行率高,但成像质量欠佳;在盲肠-升结肠、横结肠的可施行率低,成像质量较差。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and imaging quality of ultrasound colonography (USC) in normal colorectal cavity. Methods: Eight healthy volunteers underwent strict intestine preparation. The intestinal segments (cecum-ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum) were evaluated by two-dimensional ultrasonography. Well-filled cavity of the intestine performed USC examination, statistics USC in the intestine of the rate and imaging quality. RESULTS: Four cases (50.00%) of cecum - ascending colon and three cases of transverse colon (37.50%) were seen in 8 cases (100%) of descending colon, sigmoid colon and rectum. The results of USC imaging showed that cecal-descending colon in 1 grade (25.00%), grade 2 in 2 cases (50.00%) and grade 3 in 1 case (grade 1: poor; grade 2: poor; grade 3: (2 cases), grade 2 (6 cases, 75.00%), grade 3, 2 cases (25.00%), 8 cases (100%) sigmoid colon and 8 cases (100%) up to grade 3 in the rectum. CONCLUSION: USC has good imaging and imaging qualities in the sigmoid colon and rectum. It has good imaging quality in descending colon but poor imaging quality. In cecum-ascending colon and transverse colon, the imaging rate is low and imaging quality is poor.
