参考深水网箔、联合渔法、迷魂网以及底层鱼诱捕定置网箱等定置网中八字门的设计,并结合本试验条件设计了模拟八字门,研究了鲤Cyprinus carpio、草鱼C tenopharyngodon idellus在400 Hz正弦波连续音刺激下对模拟八字门的行为反应,探讨了用于捕捞鲤、草鱼定置网中八字门的有关参数。结果表明:在声音刺激下,鲤、草鱼能够在较短时间内进入八字门,其平均进门时间分别为33.7、38.5 s;在门内平均停留时间分别为31.6、37.8 s;平均聚集时间分别为76.0、80.6 s;进门率均为100%;八字门通过率分别为68.3%、81.6%。两种鱼的试验数据经t检验差异均不显著(P>0.05)。
