本文根据中等职业学校生源质量的特点,在德育教育问题上,提出了目标分层实施的观点。从因材施教原则、循序渐进原则、心理学研究、社会发展要求等方面论述德育教育目标分层的必要性,提出了分年段实施整体目标、因人而异实施个人目标的具体实施方法。强调了在中等职业学校实施德育教育目标分层,能更有效地提高全体学生的道德素养,为他们今后成为德才兼备的合格人才打下扎实的基础。
According to the characteristics of student quality in secondary vocational schools, this paper puts forward the viewpoint that the goal should be implemented in different levels on the issue of moral education. This paper discusses the necessity of stratification of moral education from the aspects of teaching students according to their aptitude, gradualism, psychology research and social development requirements. It emphasizes that the goal of moral education should be stratified in secondary vocational schools and the moral qualifications of all students can be improved more effectively so as to lay a solid foundation for them to become qualified personnel with both ability and political integrity.
