任务驱动教学法是一种理论与实践相结合的教学方法,这种教学方法对提升学习者素质具有十分重要的意义。自考资产评估课程不同于全日制背景下的资产评估课程,任务驱动教学法可有效整合学习者之间的个性特点,使之转化成教育教学过程中的优势,进而推动评估技能的提高。本文从现阶段自考资产评估课程教学存在的问题出发,对任务驱动教学法的具体步骤、效果评估进行了分析,从而得出任务驱动教学与自考资产评估课程教学的整合模式。
Task-driven pedagogy is a combination of theory and practice teaching methods, this teaching method to enhance the quality of learners is of great significance. Self-taught asset assessment course is different from the asset evaluation course in the full-time background. Task-driven pedagogy can effectively integrate the individual characteristics of learners into the advantages in the process of education and teaching so as to promote the improvement of assessment skills. Based on the existing problems in self-taught asset appraisal course teaching, this paper analyzes the specific steps and effect evaluation of task-driven pedagogy, and then concludes the integration mode of task-driven teaching and self-taught asset appraisal course teaching.
