随着全球化经济的快速发展,我国的企业经济面临着巨大的机遇与挑战。当前阶段我国热电企业面临着来自国际和国内方面的不利影响,经济发展效益普遍较低,热电企业的生存和发展问题成为企业管理者亟待解决的问题。为使热电企业得到生存和发展,企业管理者不得不对内部控制管理进行深入的研究。为改善热电企业的经营问题,企业管理者提出对原有的经营管理模式进行精细化划分,对企业财务和管理内部控制方式进行调整,减少企业经营的风险。对目前热电企业中的内部控制问题进行研究,深入分析了在现阶段的热电企业内部存在着诸多问题,并针对所发现的问题提出了相应的改善策略。
With the rapid development of the global economy, the economy of our country is facing enormous opportunities and challenges. In the current stage, China’s thermoelectric enterprises are faced with adverse impacts both from the international and the domestic aspects, and their economic development benefits are generally low. The survival and development issues of thermoelectric enterprises have become urgent problems for enterprise managers. In order to make the thermoelectric enterprises survive and develop, the managers of enterprises have to conduct in-depth research on the internal control and management. In order to improve the operation of the CHP enterprises, the enterprise managers proposed to refine the original operation and management mode, adjust the internal control mode of the enterprise finance and management, and reduce the risk of the operation of the enterprise. At present, the paper studies the internal control problems in the thermoelectricity enterprises, deeply analyzes many problems existing in the thermoelectricity enterprises at the present stage, and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies according to the problems found.
