ＴＨＥＲＭＩＥ是一个鼓励革新性能源技术开发的五年（１９９０—１９９４）欧洲联盟计划．项目的财政支持具体地针对促进和推广那些由于财政风险（不是技术风险）而用其它方式不容易发挥效果的先进和革新性技术．目前正在编制一个覆盖１９９５—１９９８年时期的ＴＨＥＲＭＩＥ计划．
THERMIE is a five-year (1990-1994) European Union initiative to encourage the development of innovative energy technologies. The project’s financial support is specifically targeted at promoting and promoting advanced and innovative technologies that are not easily available in other ways due to fiscal risks (not technical risks). A THERMIE plan covering the period 1995-1998 is currently being prepared.
