江苏省教育学会中学语文教学研究会成立大会暨首次年会,11月25日在连云港市召开。江苏省是人文会萃之地,教育昌盛之邦,历来在全国有较大影响。现在,江苏中学语文教学研究会的成立,也必然会对全国语文教育工作发挥进一步的作用。从大会收到的50多篇论文和大会发言,小组讨论情况来看,此次大会着重研究探讨了如何抓好基础、提高效率的问题。代表们用自己的经验说明,抓好基础,首先要提高初中教学质量。低年级与高年级好比“底”与“顶”的关系,“底”之不存,“顶”将焉在?目前在我们的教学、研究中,存在着把主要精力盯在高二毕业班上的现象,因而往往“初中抓得松,高中拼命攻”,结果使学生失去了初中“最佳期”,到高中毕业时再急急忙忙查漏补缺。这种片面追求升学率的现象再也不能容忍了。如何提高效率,也是这次会议主要的问 Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Education High School Chinese Teaching Association will set up the assembly and the first annual meeting, November 25 held in Lianyungang.
