本文主要对带薪年休假制度在我国的立法和实施现状进行分析,依此得出我国现阶段实行带薪年休假制度困难的原因,通过研究发达国家带薪年休假制度并借鉴其经验,提出完善我国带薪年休假制度的具体办法。
