民族杂居地区进行民族文化教育有着得天独厚的条件,也面临着一些特殊的困境。幼儿园应提升师资队伍的多元文化教育能力,强化和落实社会教育和家庭教育功能,创设可操作、能互动的民族教育环境,通过多种手段开展多民族文化主题教育活动。
National mixed culture ethnic education has unique conditions, but also faces some special difficulties. Kindergarten should enhance the multicultural education ability of teachers, strengthen and implement the functions of social education and family education, create an operable and interactive environment for national education, and carry out multi-ethnic cultural theme education through various means.
