胎圈是轮胎支承负荷的脊梁。胎圈处钢圈是否完好,钢圈与帘布是否粘着良好,决定了轮胎的使用价值。对于多钢圈轮胎(如三叉戟飞机的主轮),要检查出胎圈部位钢圈是否有脱层存在,沿用过去的X射线探伤法已无济于事了。 我们用激光全息的方法,检查出了多钢圈轮胎胎圈处脱层的内部缺陷,解决了多钢圈轮胎钢圈脱层的无损检测问题。 实验方法 用双曝光全息干涉术进行无损探伤,它要求被检查物体,在加载前后,缺陷区和周围的正常区有一个相对的微小位移量。对于如图1所示的多钢圈轮胎,若脱层发生在两个钢圈之间,则不论是采用外表
Beads are the backbone of the tire support load. Bead at the bead is intact, the steel ring and the curtain is a good adhesion, determines the value of the use of the tire. For multi-steel tires (such as the main wheel of the Trident aircraft), to check whether there is delamination in the bead portion of the bead, the use of the past X-ray flaw detection method has not worked out. We used laser holography method to check out the internal defects of delamination at the multi-steel tire bead and solved the non-destructive testing problem of multi-steel tire delamination. Experimental methods Double exposure holographic interferometry for non-destructive testing, which requires inspection of objects, before and after loading, the defect area and the surrounding normal area has a relatively small amount of displacement. For a multi-Rim tire as shown in Figure 1, if delamination occurs between two rims, either the outer
