针对采煤机制动器中摩擦片温度和磨损量过高存在安全隐患的问题,设计了一种基于STM32F103RC的采煤机制动器监测系统。该系统采用32位ARM STM32F103RC作为核心处理芯片,具有速度快,性价比高的优点。选用MAX6610作为ADC基准电路和温度冷端补偿电路,提高了温度测量的准确度。实时显示当前摩擦片的温度和磨损量,并根据设定值产生报警,提高了制动器的安全性能。
Aimed at the potential safety hazard of friction plate temperature and wear in shearer brake, a monitoring system of shearer brake based on STM32F103RC was designed. The system uses 32-bit ARM STM32F103RC as the core processing chip, with the advantages of fast, cost-effective. Use MAX6610 as ADC reference circuit and temperature cold junction compensation circuit, improve the accuracy of temperature measurement. Real-time display of the current friction plate temperature and wear, and set the value of the alarm, improve the safety performance of the brake.
