通过比较不同高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法对维生素E与辛烯基琥珀酸酐反应产物分离效果的影响,最终建立了以Dionex Kromasil C18柱为分析柱、甲醇和0.033 mol/L H3PO4(100:1,体积比)为流动相的色谱分离条件;借助高效液相色谱-大气压化学电离源质谱联用(HPLC-APCI-MS)法检测分离得到的色谱峰,通过比较它们的紫外光谱和质谱特征,确定其中两种物质为维生素E辛烯基琥珀酸酯的异构体。
The effects of different high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods on the separation of vitamin E and octenylsuccinic anhydride reaction products were investigated. A Dionex Kromasil C18 column with methanol and 0.033 mol / L H3PO4 (100: 1 , Volume ratio) as the chromatographic conditions for the mobile phase. The chromatographic peaks were separated by HPLC-APCI-MS and their UV and MS spectra were compared. Two of these substances were identified as isomers of Vitamin E octenyl succinate.
