中职学生是未来社会建设的主力军,他们的创新精神和综合实力是未来经济社会发展的动力,但是受德育课理论性强的特点影响,教师在德育教学中往往更注重言传,而忽视学生身心发展特点,一味地传授知识而没有注意到教学效果的体现,因此,为了促进学生道德素质和能力的提高,必须创新德育课的教学模式,提高德育教学的实效性。
