目的:优选香蕉皮总多酚的微波辅助提取工艺。方法:采用微波辅助提取技术,以总多酚提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、微波功率、提取时间和料液比对香蕉皮总多酚提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加35倍量50%乙醇于380 W微波提取100 s,总多酚提取率2.16%。结论:微波辅助技术可用于提取香蕉皮总多酚,具有时间短、效率高等优点。
Objective: To optimize the microwave assisted extraction of total polyphenols from banana peel. Methods: The microwave-assisted extraction technique was used to determine the total polyphenols extraction rate. The effects of ethanol concentration, microwave power, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the total polyphenols extraction of banana peel were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test. Results: The best extraction process was adding 35 times the amount of 50% ethanol in 380 W microwave extraction 100 s, the total polyphenols extraction rate of 2.16%. Conclusion: Microwave-assisted technique can be used to extract total polyphenols from banana peel, with the advantages of short time and high efficiency.
