在产品的方案论证、设计、试验、采购、生产直到交付使用,以及提供保障服务的全过程中都可能存在风险,使产品不能实现预期的目标。文中将某机载雷达天线座结构研制过程中的关键风险区(设计、试验、采购、生产及维修保障)划为若干个考查单元,逐一研究,找出各单元存在的风险事件,判定风险致因,评定风险大小,抓住最薄弱的环节,对其中最关键的风险进行处理,选择并实施应对方案,以避免风险或控制,降低风险并使之达到可接受的程度。
