浙江省温州市由结核病防治所组织市区各综合医院产科与公社产院等单位,建立了初生儿卡介苗接种负责制。现全市初生婴儿卡介苗接种工作有了常规。1964年1到6月份初生婴儿卡介苗接种已有308万人占应种人数81.68％。在市卫生局统一领导下,市结核病防治所抽调了6个人员到市区各公社卫生所和郊区公社医院培训了卡介苗接种技术人员137人,组
Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, organized by the Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Department of the urban general hospital obstetrics and the commune production and other units, the establishment of a neonatal BCG vaccination responsibility system. The city’s newborn baby BCG vaccination work has been routine. In the first six months of 1964, 3.08 million people were born with BCG vaccination, accounting for 81.68% of the total number of newborns. Under the unified leadership of the Municipal Health Bureau, the Municipal Tuberculosis Control and Prevention Institute has deployed 6 staff members to train 137 clinics of BCG vaccination staff in all commune public health clinics and suburban commune hospitals.
