1.更换臂节的原因2台TC5613型塔式起重机(以下简称塔机)同时于某工地作业,2台塔机中心距离为62.6米,使用高度分别为102.3m和105.1m。由于这2台塔机之间安全距离较近,在风力作用下,低位塔机的起重臂与高位塔机的配重块发生撞击,导致低位塔机起重臂第9臂节的上弦杆、下弦杆、水平腹杆及斜腹杆产生不同程度的变形,部分焊缝出现裂纹,如图1和图2所示。
