Objective To evaluate recovered effect of serm ior treatment on motor function of pa tients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Prospect,random,single blind and c ontrol study on sermior,citicoline and cerebrolysin,using volume of lo w dense in CT(CTV),glutamate content in cerebral spinal fluid(CSF)and total fraction of Fugl-Meyer motor function score as evaluating index to study inpatient patients.Result Decrease of CTV and glutamate conten t in CSF and increase of total fractio n of Fugl-Meyer motor function score in sermior treatment group,in citicoline treatment grou p,in sermior and cerebrolysin treat ment group were significant compare d with those of citicoline treatment group,cerebrolysin treatment grou p(P <0.05).Conclusion Unite long-term sermior therapy can decrease cerebral infarction volum e and improve synthesize motor function a pparently.
