本文着重研究了磨料流加工工艺参数对针织机“三角”走针面表面粗糙度的影响。研究表明,在研磨介质确定的条件下,挤压压力、循环数等工艺参数的选择可在很大程度上影响工件被加工表面的粗糙度。本文通过实验及分析,确定了一组较为合理的工艺参数,在满足生产率的前提下,较大程度地降低了“三角”走针面的表面粗糙度值,从而获得了令人满意的加工效果。
This paper focuses on the abrasive flow processing parameters on the knitting machine “triangle” walking needle surface roughness. The research shows that the choice of process parameters such as extrusion pressure and cycle number can greatly affect the roughness of the machined surface under the conditions of the grinding media. In this paper, through experiments and analysis, a set of more reasonable process parameters were determined, and under the premise of meeting the productivity, the surface roughness value of the “triangle” walking needle surface was reduced to a great extent, and the satisfactory processing result was obtained .
