所谓“钻石问题”(diamondproblem)是指学科中尚未研究、或者已有研究但其内涵随时间变化还需挖掘的基础性问题。以下5个问题在HR管理研究与实践中具有跨国界和跨时空的普遍性,HR其他职能的问题也是在这5个问题之上衍生而出的,因此具有十分重要的研究价值。
The so-called “diamondproblem” (diamondproblem) refers to the discipline has not yet been studied, or has been studied, but its content needs to be tapped over time the basic issues.
