本试验进一步研究了还原离子交换法分离提纯氧化铕的新工艺,氯化稀土溶液为[R_2O_3]=25g/l,pH4。Eu~(+3)经锌粒还原,用pH6.5,0.65N NH_4AC作淋洗剂,淋洗线速度为1.77厘米/分,柱比1:1,用732型强酸型阳离子交换树脂进行淋洗分离的扩大试验,可获得纯度≥99.99%的氧化铕,产品收率为92.2%。此工艺流程简单,周期短,成本低,设备易于解决,分离效果好,纯度高,收率高。据所查文献,使用这样方法提取高纯物质,在国内外尚未有报导,是提取高纯物质的新方法。
In this experiment, the new process of separation and purification of europium oxide by reduction ion exchange was further studied. The rare earth chloride solution was [R_2O_3] = 25g / l, pH4. Eu ~ (+3) was reduced by zinc particles, pH6.5 and 0.65N NH4AC were used as eluent. The linear velocity of elution was 1.77 cm / min and the column ratio was 1: 1. The elution was carried out with 732 strong acid cation exchange resin Washing expanded test, available purity ≥ 99.99% of europium oxide, the product yield was 92.2%. The process is simple, short cycle, low cost, easy to solve equipment, separation effect, high purity, high yield.
