本文对117例14岁以内儿童眼球摘除的原因进行了分析。结果显示造成儿童时期眼球摘除的主要原因是眼外伤（50．4％），其次是眼恶性肿瘤（21．4％），角巩膜葡萄肿（12．0％），和先天性青光眼（8．5％）等。本文还对患儿的年龄，性别和病因等进行了分析，指出儿童眼病防治的重要性。
This article analyzes the causes of enucleation of 117 cases of children under the age of 14 years. The main causes of enucleation during childhood were ocular trauma (50.4%), followed by ocular malignancies (21.4%), corneal and staphyloma (12.0%), and congenital glaucoma (8. 5%) and so on. This article also analyzed the age, gender and etiology of children, pointing out the importance of prevention and treatment of eye diseases in children.
