针对当前我国小学教学阶段,尤其是小学数学教育课堂氛围营造方面,创造美好快乐教学具有十分重要的意义,其是建立在全新教学理念上的一种重要课堂教学形式。有效教学在和谐课堂营造方面至关重要,教师在教学过程中,积极培养学生综合素质提高,学生获得进步与否和进步程度将作为教师教学是否有效的评价标准。这里所说的教学是否有成效,并不是单纯从教师是否完成教学任务以及教学目标出发的。而是将学生的学习成果和素质提高作为标准,学生在教学活动过程中没有得到相应的能力提升,那么教师所做的工作再多也是毫无意义的。相应的学生学习较为辛苦,但是仍然得不到相应的提升,也就无法体现学习效果。
In the light of the current stage of primary school teaching in our country, especially the construction of the classroom atmosphere of elementary mathematics education, it is of great significance to create a beautiful and happy teaching. It is an important form of classroom teaching based on the new teaching philosophy. Effective teaching in the construction of a harmonious classroom is essential, teachers in the teaching process, and actively develop the overall quality of students to improve the progress of students or not and progress will be used as a teacher evaluation of teaching effectiveness. The effectiveness of teaching here is not simply based on whether teachers complete their teaching tasks and teaching objectives. The corresponding students are more difficult to learn, but they still can not get the corresponding promotion, which can not reflect the learning effect.
