本文在分析能力的特征的基础上,提出了影响能力转移效率的因素,阐述了基于能力的战略人力资源管理机制在建立能力圈、价值系统、内部能力市场等措施下可以提高隐性知识的转移效率,使组织中的个人差异能力、组织整合能力和战略适应能力三个层面能力都能得到提升,从而实现整个组织能力的提高。
