目的:探析医院急诊外科就诊病例的疾病谱构成及其特点,为医院科学安排诊疗资源提供了依据。方法:回顾性分析医院2015年10月~2016年6月35例急诊就诊患者的一般资料,如就诊时间、原因等,并对其一般资料进行归纳整理与综合性分析。结果:急诊外科就诊的35例患者中按性别分析,女性患者就诊人数少于男性患者的就诊人数,女15例、男20例,分别占比为42.80%、57.20%。按就诊原因分析,其中消化系统疾病和创伤类疾病居多,前者以急性阑尾炎、胆道疾病和肠梗阻占主要病因,后者以骨折、锐器挫伤及挤压伤为主要发病原因。按发病时间来分析,春季末到秋季初这段时间内就诊患者居多,冬季患者就诊率明显低于前者,此外一天中上午8时至下午4时这期间就诊患者较多,其中上午8时到12时,是就诊的高峰期。年龄>65岁的老年患者中因胆道疾病就诊的患者最多,因骨折就诊患者占第2位,因肠梗阻就诊患者占第3位。结论:通过分析急诊外科就诊患者的疾病谱构成与特点,为医院科学安排诊疗资源提供了依据,同时科学性的诊疗安排能有效提高治疗效率,降低患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To analyze the composition and characteristics of the disease spectrum of hospital emergency medical treatment cases, and provide the basis for the hospital to arrange the diagnosis and treatment resources scientifically. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the hospital from October 2015 to June 2016 in 35 cases of emergency treatment of patients with general information, such as time, cause of treatment, etc., and general information on its summary and comprehensive analysis. Results: According to the gender analysis, the number of female patients was less than the number of male patients in the 35 cases of emergency surgery. There were 15 females and 20 males, accounting for 42.80% and 57.20% respectively. According to the analysis of the reasons, including digestive diseases and the majority of traumatic diseases, the former with the main cause of acute appendicitis, biliary disease and intestinal obstruction, the latter with fractures, sharp contusion and crush injury as the main cause. According to the time of onset, the majority of patients visited the hospital from the end of spring to the beginning of autumn, the visiting rate of patients in winter was significantly lower than the former. In addition, there were more patients during the day between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, of which 8:00 am 12 o’clock, is the peak of treatment. Patients aged> 65 years old had the highest number of patients with biliary tract diseases, the second highest was patients with fractures, and the third was patients with intestinal obstruction. CONCLUSIONS: By analyzing the composition and characteristics of the disease spectrum of patients in emergency surgery, it provides a basis for the scientific arrangement of diagnosis and treatment resources in hospitals. At the same time, scientific treatment and treatment arrangements can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the suffering of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
