由东北工学院和抚顺钢厂联合研制的,在烧冷发生炉煤气合金钢薄板坯加热炉上实现少氧化加热技术已正式投入使用,属国内首创,目前该技术已通过了冶金部组织的技术鉴定,具有推广价值。加热炉内采用不完全燃烧方式,获得还原性气氛,防止钢的氧化,该技术中采用低热值冷发生炉煤气(Q_D=5651kJ/m~3)在空气过剩系数小于1的条件下燃烧,并能保证工艺要求的温度;设计中采用二段加热制度、二次燃烧原理;采用空、煤气喷流换热器,改进炉体结构、安装热工测量仪表和实行气氛控制等。实际使用证明:该技术使钢氧化烧损大幅度降低,提高成材率,节能显著,同时改善了操作条件。据统计,因提高了成材率,年平均获益147.51万元,由于节约燃料年平均获益67.87万
