在我国采暖系统中使用热水做热媒是很普遍的。这种热源,目前我国有两种方式:一种是自备的热水锅炉房,其设计温度一般为95/70℃,虽然存在一些问题,但经过设备的调整和运行中的调节,问题是可以解决的。另一种是区域性的集中供热网,其运行能力对工业厂房采暖通风和大面积生活福利区的建筑采暖,发挥了很大作用。但也暴露了不少问题,其中最带有普遍性的是回水温度过高。它严重影响供热的经济效果。为此,我想把自己在供热网运行管理工作中,对这个问题的一些体会和看法提出来,与同志们商讨。
