岗位等级工资制的“以岗定薪”理念与宽带薪酬的“宽带”激励模式,成为现代人力资源管理工资制度改革的典型代表。本文试图从文化层面来阐释这两种基于不同理念的工资制度在适应各自独特的文化背景时所折射出的工资制度的文化权变观;即工资制度是具有文化属性的,对于任何一个企业而言,工资制度没有优劣之分,只有适用或不适用之说;工资制度的改革应根据其文化背景权宜而变。
The “pay-as-you-go” concept and the “broadband” incentive model for broadband pay have become the typical representatives of the reform of the modern human resources management wage system.
