机器在运转过程中会受到摩擦磨损的作用,由于机器中主要摩擦副的摩擦磨损过程及其复杂,对磨损类型和磨粒的分类具有很大的模糊性和经验性。许多磨损类型、磨粒种类用模糊概念来描述比较合理,如正常磨损、严重磨损等。模糊数学的运用必将对该领域产生十分重要的作用,有利于提高监测及诊断的准确性。本文对模糊数学在该领域中的发展现状进行了综述,并对模糊数学在该领域中的未来发展趋势进行了分析。
The machine will be affected by friction and wear during operation. Due to the friction and wear process of the main friction pair in the machine and its complexity, the classification of wear type and abrasive particles has great fuzziness and experience. Many types of wear, abrasive types with fuzzy concepts to describe more reasonable, such as normal wear and tear, severe wear and so on. The application of fuzzy mathematics is bound to have a very important role in this field, which will help to improve the accuracy of monitoring and diagnosis. This paper summarizes the development status of fuzzy mathematics in this field, and analyzes the future trend of fuzzy mathematics in this field.
