采用文献资料法、问卷调查法,对宜春市大中型企业职工体育的现状进行调查,并就深圳华侨城集团公司职工体育管理进行比较分析。研究表明,企业成立体育公司,对职工体育实行企业化管理要好于由工会负责职工体育的企业。企业工会管理职工体育的体制和运行机制已不适应职工对体育多样化的需求。
By means of literature review and questionnaire survey, the status quo of employee sports in large and medium-sized enterprises in Yichun City was investigated and the employee sports management in Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Group Corporation was comparatively analyzed. The research shows that the establishment of sports companies, the management of employee sports enterprise management is better than the trade unions responsible for staff sports enterprises. The system and operation mechanism of employee union management in trade unions of enterprises has failed to meet the needs of workers for the diversification of sports.
