针对以往物理相似材料模拟中不能满足部分试验及工程需要的缺陷,研制新型的岩层结构运动演化数控机械模拟试验系统。详细介绍该试验系统研制的原理、主要结构和功能特点。通过室内试验验证,该系统具有操作方便、自动化程度高、试验过程稳定、数据精度较高、材料拆卸安装方便及重复性好等特点。数控机械模拟试验系统克服相似材料模拟试验存在的铺设麻烦、成型技术与成型质量难以控制、试验周期较长、材料不能重复使用、模型容易受外界因素影响等缺点。该试验系统可以直观展现采动覆岩结构形变演化特征、上覆岩层破裂突变与应力场之间的对应关系以及煤柱上方弹性变形能聚集与释放规律。

CNC mechanical simulation test system to overcome the similar material simulation test laying trouble, molding technology and molding quality is difficult to control, longer test cycle, the material can not be reused, the model is susceptible to external factors and other shortcomings. The test system can intuitively show the evolution characteristics of overburden strata deformation, the corresponding relationship between the overburden rock burst and stress field, and the elastic deformation energy accumulation and release law above coal pillar.
