In many industries, Lung is a pharmaceutical and electronics industry that consumes ultra-pure water with a dramatic increase in Japan. Although the reasons for using ultrapure water in these industries vary, the quality standards for ultrapure water are roughly the same. When low-power MOS integrated circuits begin mass production, it is recognized that the operational reliability and long-term stability of such MOS circuits, such as watch circuits, can be improved by decontamination of the working crystal surface. The idea is to maximize the removal of ions, especially alkali and heavy metal ions, and chemists confirm that ultrapure water is one of the most effective detergents. Ultrapure water can be considered as a purity of 99.99999 ~ +
