人才是最重要的资源,企业竞争归根结底就是人才的竞争。随着市场经济的发展和经济全球化的到来,企业已走向人才全面竞争的时代,谁占有大量高素质的人才资源,谁就能在未来的竞争中占有优势。但我国当前企业普遍面临着人才过多流失的情况,因此,分析人才流失原因并提出解决的对策,已成为企业迫在眉睫的任务。本文通过企业如何改善内部人力资源的管理与对招聘大学生的各项政策的激励,从而留住人才。
